3rd day of 21 Day Challenge

I am experimenting with paper and watercolors. I incorporate traditional decoupage. I want to try different lettering. The small sticker letters don't show up so well. I am looking for alphabet block stamps, but I have had no luck. Does anyone have ideas on writing script, or stenciling it to make it look neater? ~nita~

  1. Yesterday's post...John's pic..he is looking encouraged. Thank you, Lord! As to the lettering...ohh, I'm no help there, I'm afraid. Your project sounds neat. Hope you find what you need.

  4. Love what you are doing with your journal!! I use lettering templates sometimes. TheCraftersWorkshop.com are my favorites because they come in multiple sizes (they are what I used on the cover of my journal.) smiles!

  10. Dear Nita,
    Your journal is a journey.
It is so cool you started it now.
I found my stamps at Hobby Lobby. I bet they have a web site and you could order them over the phone.

  12. Nita,
your handwriting is so YOU, just as your journal. I would keep it.
John looked GOOD in the previous post; sent him another card this morning. I have added him to another prayer chain I am on. Praising God for John's good spirits.

PS, look on ebay for some stamps; I recently purchased some alphabet stamps reasonably. And try a Joann's or the walmart (I despise that store). You can sometimes find stamps with sayings on them as well as alphabets.

  14. Nita, I like the way your hadnwriting looks just the way it is. I think everyone is critical of their handwriting. I think the journal looks much more personal this way.
