I am really mad today. John is not here to help us. We need him here. He would know what to say and what to do. We kept each other strong in trials. I feel ripped off today! The anger just makes me feel better.

I am sorry to be a downer lately. It is just so many things at once to absorb.

Elizabeth had more tests yesterday. They took 11 little bottles of her blood to run more tests.

She has to have another Cat Scan next week. We will find something out next week.

I am asking for everyone to please continue praying for her. She is scared.

This song by Neil Young was always one of mine and John's favorite's. It comforts me for some reason. Maybe because I feel helpless right now. I am just at a loss.

I can appreciate the anger, Nita. It comes to me often these days; but we must keep firm in our faith. I will keep Elizabeth and you in my prayers. I know it's so hard for you, and I'm sorry.

Nita honey, John is right there with her. Really! So please don't worry, he's there and God is listening. I prayed last night and I'll pray again tonight. It's going to be okay.

you have been through so much in such a short time, nita.....i think your feelings are valid....and expressing them helps, i believe, to get through them .... know that you are loved...and that they don't define you....because you have such a kind heart.
hugs and prayers,

My Sweet Friend, I so strongly agree with Sandi McBride & Thrifty Miss Priss, your John is with you...I know its not the same as being here in the physical tense, to feel those hugs, to hear what he has got to say but he's here, just listen to that sweet gentle voice of the Holy spirit and keep strong in your faith, YOU ARE one of the strongest people I know to have gone through so much in such a short amount of time, and its your LOVE for Jesus, that has gotten you through so much of it. I will keep you and that sweet daughter of yours in my prayer's.
LOVE TO YOU
Annette

Nita,
I wish there was something that I could do or say that would make you feel better. I get angry sometimes and it always helps me to let it all out too. I feel bad that I have been letting my 'little' problems get to me when so many other people like you have such bigger issues to cope with. I'm sorry that you are having to go through so much. I will continue to keep you and your daughter in my prayers. Please send me your mailing address so that I can send y'all something. My email address is...leechinagirl@yahoo.com.

Love,
Lee Laurie

At the feet of Our Lord,
At the feet of Jesus, is
a Precious Word from God.

At the feet of Jesus,
At the feet of Our Lord,
At the feet of Jesus, is
a Precious Word from God.

At the feet of Jesus Our Lord

At the feet of Jesus where I can listen to the Presious Word of God.

Praying for peace - both for you and Elizabeth. My only daughter shares that lovely name, so I have a special interest... I'm praying that God will specifically remind you of his presence and love, even in this inexplicable time.

Hi Nita, I laid my hand on the picture of Elizabeth with her dear Dad,and prayed for her..I know God heard and his will be done. I am praying you feel much comfort and peace in your spirit, and you receive only good news from the test they are taking on Elizabeth..
God bless you both....In Jesus name

Blessings,Shelley

Dear Nita, the anger is part of the bereavement process, so I'm glad you're not suppressing it. When things come up that we have to deal with alone, it makes it all feel even worse. You and Elizabeth are in my prayers daily. You will pull through and you will get stronger. You have it in you. You can, and you will.
