This is a photo I took about two nights ago.
These shells came from my niece who spent a whole day diving to the bottom of the lake getting them for me. I have a jar full..They are special to me.
The buttons came from my Mom who gave them to me in a white box. The pearl buttons sitting on faded cotton like a glorious offering..

Another beautiful photo. I swear you have the best camera! Great !
Thanks for stopping by my blog today Nita. It was so nice to hear your kind words.
The past few weeks have not been very good ones for me. I probably need to talk to you about a personal problem you have been through. We discussed this awhile back. It flares up like a pimple and explodes and then all is well for another few months.
Anyway, thanks for thinking of me my dear friend.
God Bless You

Funny, it's my first time to your blog and I haven't even started reading yet, but see your banner...a favorite quote!
what a great combo. I love the shades of ivory and whites. The texture of the buttons on pearls is very soothing to the eye.
This is a lovely photo, Nita. Thank you for commenting on our blog. I spent quite a bit of time reading your blog this morning and I wanted to express my sympathies to you for the loss of your husband John. I can't imagine how hard that must be. My thoughts are with you.
