I went to visit John today, he was a little down because he has to stay a few more days in the hospital because his wound is still seeping a bit. The doctor wants to make sure there is no infection at all before he goes to rehab.
I went to the chapel while he was doing physical therapy. (These are photos I took while there) It is a lovely chapel. I talked to God for a while. Telling Him things that burden my heart. While in the chapel I began to think about the things I love. I love bare trees in Winter. They have no truer form than in Winter. I love good coffee. I love new notebooks, I have a million of them but always want more. I love good ink pens. Good books. I love to walk the dogs in Summer Rain. I love learning, I am a lifelong learner. I love to basically learn about anything. I love it that I am rarely bored. I have always been able to entertain myself. Enough about me. What do you love? *nita*

I hope my cards get there in time, but glad to hear rehab is close.
I love puppy breath, foals nibbling on my hair, wet kisses from my little ones, my peonies in bloom, new socks, periwinkle blue, the sound of spring peepers, cicadas and crickets, fresh laundry from the dryer, A/C on a hot night, fast cars, crisp fall mornings, bonfires, cold beer and a great white wine!
The windows are beautiful. I'm praying that the rehab goes well. Things I like: hot coffee, good books, fabric, yarn, pink, my doggie Sophie, rain, autumn, and good blogging friends.
Hello sweet Nita, I do hope that the rehab goes well for John....will you email me at sewmanyroses@yahoo.com with your home address? My card is a little late but want to sent it your way! xxoo, Dawn
OH, I love the way a baby smells after the bath and their sweet breath in your face, new craft supplies, the crisp blue sky of a cool fall day, all my babies, to sleep till I wake up and to stay up till whenever! xxoo, Dawn
The stained glass windows are beautiful. I would love to send John a card as well, wishing him lots of luck as he enters rehabilitation. I'll jot down your home address and send it off asap. I have also tagged you to play the middle name game, so if you're up for it come on over to my blog to read the details!

i love playing with my kids in the morning, and taking walks with my awsome stroller, and reading inspirational blogs like yours, and painting , and yoga because i can breathe, and hearing my kiddies say i love you, and eating chocolate outside at night while i gaze at the stars... I'm praying for you today.
I love the opportunity to make new friends. I treasure this new found friendship with you. I am glad I was getting to know you before John's accident. It means so much to me that I can (just maybe) be a comfort to you long distance. I am not trying to say that all the many, many friends you will make and keep because of John's accident are any less than ours.
So I would have to say that among the many things I like~~ at the top of my list is making a blogging friend like you and seeing her through a very unforseen shift in her life.

It's beautiful! I'm glad you are making time to think and reflect on nice things.
I love a lot of things but here are a few: kissable doggie lips, puppy breath, chilled Chardonney, getting a great bird photo, hummingbirds, my pond, a good laugh, my camera, blogging, dancing, a walk through a pine forest after a soaking rain.
So glad that John got so many cards and also that you are taking time to count what is good! I love it when my daughter sings as she plays. I love waking up with my husband's hand in mine. I love that my son can go to school (he was also in a life threatening accident). I love when the power goes out and all 6 of us cuddle up and talk! Oh the blessings...Polly
I love finding new authors....(check your email....smile)
I thank God that you are blessed by what you love while you go through such difficulty.
